Renee Mackay

Renee Mackay is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and one half of the team that runs Derigo Consulting.

She began her career with TSB and then joined the sales training team of the enlarged LloydsTSB group. Having spent time working on projects such as the implementation of national call centres for the bank she joined Telewest Communications, first as a Training Manager for Scotland and the North East and then as a National Project Manager. Renee was responsible for the design and implementation of nationwide shared HR Service Centres across the Telewest Group.

She left Telewest to set up her own business, Derigo Consulting, in 2000 and now works with a wide variety of businesses and organisations across the UK and beyond, having recently presented a seminar on small business growth on behalf of the Malaysian Government in Kuala Lumpur.

Derigo Consulting provides sales, marketing and management training as well as HR advice and placement of HR Managers to small and large businesses alike.”
