Richard Lambert is one half of the team that runs Derigo Consulting. After nearly twelve years with HSBC and another four with the Virgin Group, Richard set up his own training and development business at the beginning of the new century.
He combined forces with Renee Mackay a year or so later, developing the Derigo Consulting brand to encompass organisational development, training, coaching and HR.
Derigo works with a broad spectrum of organisations from the most innovative private business to the most traditional public sector body. Richard has particular expertise in the franchise sector having worked with many of the best known franchisors, developing their operations and their franchisees.
