Kathryn is an entrepreneurial e-commerce and social media consultant who set up Face Marketing in April 2010. She has completed a range of challenging change, e-marketing and customer strategy projects for clients. Kathryn worked for Thomas Cook before working for companies such as BA, AIRMILES, Opodo, Eurostar, Going Places (Airtours), FEXCO, HRS.com, M&G, Reuters, Price Waterhouse Coopers, Western Union, The National Trust, Center Parcs and World Travel Market. Kathryn ran an award winning villa business for four years before selling it to the Vertical Group in 2009. Kathryn works closely with client teams and has rolled out market entry strategies for clients moving into new markets. A case study of her strategy work with the National Trust was published in a leading marketing journal and is available on request. She writes a weekly social media blog for Face Marketing and is a guest travel blogger for 501places.com.
Kathryn has run new media educational workshops at Board level and internet marketing programmes for the Institute of Direct Marketing and MBA Marketing Programmes for Henley Management College. She has also co-chaired E Commerce Conferences for Cranfield School of Management.
