Mr. Angry offers Dave a fiver

Mr. Angry has discovered that nearly 30% of the £3.3m raised by the Conservative Party in the last twelve months has come from asset strippers and predatory financiers (as defined by Ed Miliband).

The data comes from a survey by the Bureau for Investigative Journalism (“BIJ”). A spokesperson for the PM said previous BIJ surveys were riddled with inaccuracies.

What has upset Mr. Angry is the revelation that fifty City donors, each of whom have given more than £50,000, qualify for a face-to-face meeting with Dave.

“My offer is £5.00” claimed Mr. Angry. “Not that I would expect to get a word in edgewise.”

The acceptance letter, from 10, Downing Street, seems to have been delayed in the post.

Personally and professionally speaking my consultancy to the PM would result in him paying me for the privilege of instructing him on how an acorn blossoms into a oak tree and just how long it takes. These donors have got it completely wrong or are they buying gongs again?
